Christmas feast that forgot the snow

We poured a glass of cava and somehow misplaced Christmas somewhere between San Sebastián and Santorini.
There’s no Jansson’s temptation here — but you’ll find shrimp in olive oil, Cochinillo, and Basque cheesecake with more personality than your uncle.
We call it a Christmas dinner — but really, it’s just a great excuse to drink wine and pretend it’s 22 degrees outside.
