Who we are is not important, what we are is the point.
It has been a long journey, to come to a place of the real deal and authenticity.
In this time a day everyone is hanging their head like Vultures , starring into a little screen showing absolutely shit of none importance, putting their self worth in " likes counting" and looking at people with fake tans, and borrowed money.
We need to get back to life. Hang out , talk to each other. We have to stop being so offended over every small thing anyone say.
We have to dare to be something that maybe disturb a few. I use to say, if you are working from a good hart, you dare to stand up for yourself.
Poe´s is a result of needing a space to show all the teenager how relaxing it can be with no internet stress, no stress over saying the wrong words, and how you actually can just be with each other.
Poe´s is also a place for us who did live at that time, so we can meet over a drink and good food.
it was founded in 2024, Our staff is told to operate freely with loose ends, and we expect our customers to do the same.
A big part of the menu is a result of the owner's incapacity to follow orders and great tips. And all that was left was the question, what are we missing. What do we need.
The menu features pancakes that are high on life.
Bagels with only the best filling. Good soups, really nice salad and more.

My journey as a photographer began on the sun-kissed shores of the California, where a spontaneous purchase of a waterhousing for my old camera sparked a flame inside of me.
The thrill of seeing those first photos after a day spent capturing friends riding perfect waves was a revelation.
In that instant, I knew I had found my calling.
